Who provides the service

ESDomain is the domain service of Configurix Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Terms version: 2026-11-02.1. Purchases become available only when the site says so. You can save these terms and the withdrawal form before ordering.
What you order and when it is confirmed
The summary identifies the domain or mailbox, operation, term and final total. Check spelling, holder and contacts before paying. Availability can change until the registry accepts the application. Confirmed payment allows processing to start; it does not prove that registration has completed. Payment, application and activation statuses are shown separately. We email a copy of the order and accepted terms.
If an operation cannot be completed, we will review it with you and refund amounts due for the service not supplied. We do not charge for or substitute a different domain without your permission. An uncertain provider response is investigated before an operation is repeated.
Final prices
Standard .es, .com.es, .nom.es and .org.es registrations cost €8.99 for the first year or €26.97 for the initial three years. Subsequent renewal is €11.99 per year. The three-year total is paid upfront for the initial ordered term. Other extensions have their own published prices. No extras are selected by default. Premium names, restorations, holder changes and other special operations require a separate quote.
The order price is the total in euros, including any applicable mandatory charges. Additional services and transfers show their own total before confirmation. A future price change does not alter an already paid term; the next order or subscription period must disclose its applicable price before charging.
Ownership and registry requirements
The domain is applied for in the stated holder’s name, not ESDomain’s. Supply accurate details, keep them current and have authority to act for appointed contacts. Each extension has its own rules. .es requires holder identification, acceptance of Red.es rules and ties or interests with Spain; a company needs an individual administrative contact. .nom.es is for individuals and .org.es for non-profit organisations. Later checks may require additional information; we do not promise that documents can never be requested.
Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam, malware or unlawful activity. Naming and trademark disputes follow applicable legal and registry procedures. A necessary suspension will be explained where possible, allowing correction or challenge; urgent abuse measures or valid orders may require action before notice.
DNS, nameservers and transfers
You can change nameservers and manage DNS records in your account while using our nameservers. With external nameservers, edit records at that provider. Copy website and email records before changing delegation. Propagation depends on TTLs and the registry. A DNSSEC-signed domain requires its keys and DS to be preserved or reviewed before a provider change to avoid resolution failure.
An incoming transfer uses the accepted current quote and registry approvals. A .es transfer does not promise an additional year. Outgoing transfer and holder change are separate processes: codes are private and administrative-contact approval may be required. We will not register or transfer your domain into our own name. Keep access to your contacts and retain copies of your data.
Domain renewal and expiry
New ESDomain domains use manual renewal. Buying three years does not create an additional annual subscription. Renew in your account before expiry and check the registrar confirms the new term; a saved card or pending payment is insufficient. Existing domains you link may retain their prior settings: check their status and ask support before relying on automatic renewal.
For .es, Openprovider requires renewal by its own deadline, normally six days before registry expiry; use the account date. Non-renewal can interrupt the website and email, incur separately quoted recovery charges or allow the name to become available again. Grace and recovery periods depend on the extension; recovery after expiry is not guaranteed. Closing a ticket or cancelling a mailbox does not itself delete a domain.
Professional email
Email is optional and ordered per mailbox, separately from the domain. Monthly price, capacity and term are shown before payment. Email subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The initial payment prepares the service; you choose a password during activation. Do not send passwords to support. DNS connection needs correct MX, SPF and DKIM; conflicts with an existing provider are reviewed before records are changed.
Ordinary cancellation stops future charges at paid-period end and schedules mailbox and data deletion on that date. Export email first; individual recovery after deletion is not guaranteed. If payment fails, we notify the deadline and agreed grace period before deleting data. Withdrawal or cancellation for a service defect is handled separately and does not limit statutory rights. Deletion with an uncertain outcome requires review.
Withdrawal and refunds
If you order as a consumer, you have 14 days from contract conclusion to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. Email support@esdomain.es or use the included form. Amounts due will be refunded within 14 days of notice using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Immediate processing requires your separate express request. If you withdraw after requesting a start, only a proportionate amount for service actually supplied may be charged where legally permitted. Withdrawal ends only after full performance of the contracted service with the legally required consent. Neither registration of a name nor supplier fees alone are treated as an automatic waiver. A change of mind after the statutory period does not guarantee a refund; defective service remains subject to applicable remedies.
Problems, responsibility and changes
Report a problem through your account or to support@esdomain.es, identifying the domain or mailbox and requested outcome. We will acknowledge it and explain the next steps. Failure to supply the agreed service remains subject to statutory remedies, including correction, price reduction or termination and refund where applicable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific search rankings.
These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Irish law applies without removing mandatory protections and court access in your country of residence where applicable. You may contact competent complaint bodies. New versions apply to later orders; a material change to an ongoing service will be notified with available options before it takes effect. The privacy notice explains personal-data processing.
Registrar documents
Domain operations are subject to Openprovider’s registration agreement and extension rules. Read them before accepting an order. .es also requires Red.es Annex III. ESDomain’s manual-renewal choice is recorded in the order; these documents do not authorise unaccepted extra charges or reduce non-waivable rights.
