Your address and mailboxes are separate services
Using email addresses on your domain requires both registration and an email service. You can register .es at ESDomain and purchase Google Workspace separately. Decide which people need mailboxes and which addresses should be aliases within that service. Buying the domain does not automatically create Google user accounts.
Verify ownership and configure delivery
Add the name in Google’s administration console and use its ownership verification record. Then follow the MX instructions for your account and activate Gmail as directed by the setup process. Make changes at the active DNS provider. If email is already hosted elsewhere, prepare the new mailboxes and migration before redirecting delivery.
Review sending, replies and authentication
Send a message from an external inbox and reply from the new address. Complete the authentication Google recommends for services sending on your behalf. If website forms or business tools also send email, review how they fit into that configuration. Keep administrative access that does not depend entirely on the domain being configured.
From name to account
- Search for the name and check availability.
- Choose one or three years and complete the registrant details.
- Review payment and wait for registration confirmation in your account.
A search does not reserve the name. If an order needs review, its status appears in your account and support can help.
